DMPK Lead - Biologics

RBW are partnered exclusively with a well renowned global pharmaceutical organisation as they search for a DMPK Lead for their biologics portfolio. This will be responsible for managing the overall DMPK contributions to projects, including novel modalities, ADCs, multi-specifics etc from conception through to submission. This will also require implementation of DMPK strategy to de-risk the clinical development plan and will also be responsible for ensuring there is an appropriate modelling and simulation approach during the early discovery phases and translation to FIH studies. The DMPK Lead will be a project representative in global project teams to ensure seamless interaction with key stakeholders and health authorities.

Requirements:

• PhD in scientific related discipline with a minimum of 5 years industry experience

• Track record of developing biological entities from DMPK perspective

• Knowledge of immunogenicity and bioanalysis

• Hands on PK/PD modelling experience

• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines

• Strong communication and leadership skills
