Graduate Product Support Engineer - IoT

I am working with a very interesting company, founded in 2014 who are rapidly growing in the Industrial space.

They have developed a Cloud platform and supporting hardware for machine builders and have quickly become an International player.

They are looking for Junior Product Support Engineer with fluent German to be responsible for providing technical support to national and international customers by answering and resolving a wide range of technical requests for both hardware and software.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing and leading-edge business in growth mode. They are currently approx. 50 people and plans to hire a further 20+ this year.
