Our client, a leading biostatistics and programming provider to the Life Science Sector is looking for a Head of Operational Excellence to play a pivotal role in their company expansion

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our client’s senior management team, to help continue to build an organization focused on achieving and maintaining their unparalleled reputation for quality and service as well as a collaborative and supportive working environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Snr Manager with senior management experience within life science statistical programming, with a passion for effectively leading on delivery and strategy, while remaining hands on managing a small team. With a strong commercial mindset, you will be driven by delivering sustainable and meaningful growth through understanding and driving key operational business levers. You will have the ability to inspire and influence enjoying effectively building long term relationships.

Key responsibilities

1. Project Delivery and management, driving efficiency using best of technology and automation whilst maintaining quality

2. Developing strategy and planning with the COO to ensure our client is at the forefront of market trends. Also translating strategy into actional performance and growth goals

3. Oversee systems, processes and people needed to support business operations.

4. Maintaining, building, and developing key commercial opportunities and relationships

5. Work with the senior leadership team to improve and develop company vision/culture.

Knowledge and experience of having worked in statistical programming environment within a pharmaceutical and / or biotech /CRO is a prerequisite for this role. (Statistical programming and statistical analysis)
