The business I am partnered with are looking to hire a brand new position as Head of Quality. You will be able to use your experience within industry to support the group practice across all quality assurance, compliance and regulatory matters. Working directly with the regulatory bodies, you will take full ownership in both a hands on and strategic capacity. This includes responsibilities across release, systems and wider group activities.

You will be leading and managing an evolving quality team across laboratory, production and warehouse settings, with a mix of experienced individuals and those newer to the industry and/or function.

This company has gone from strength to strength over recent years – although this is a newer site, there are multiple sites across Europe and the global client base is continually expanding. Given the expansion on the facility, this is a genuine opportunity to make your mark and have influence as the company continues to grow.

Key experience:

• 8+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry – ideally from a CDMO or packaging organisation, although not essential

• Educated to degree level from a relevant technical background

• GMP experience

• Track record of taking senior responsibilities across a range of quality functions on a manufacturing and/or packaging site

• If you are an eligible QP – amazing – if not, don’t let that put you off!
