Experienced Health & Safety professional looking to transition into pharmaceuticals?

Or are you experienced in pharma but want to take on a role that allows you full scope of responsibility?

I am partnered exclusively with a CDMO that is working through key site transformation projects. As part of this positive change on site, I am now looking to identify a hands on Health & Safety Manager that will take a lead on developing, implementing and executing Health & Safety Strategy across whole facility. To achieve this change you will be reporting into the Managing Director on site.

Working closely with all department heads, especially in Production, Warehouse and Quality, this individual will need to take a fresh approach to Health & Safety, stripping back current processes and putting in place a brand new strategy.

Whilst pharmaceutical experience is clearly advantageous, this role is more about understanding what is required in a Health & Safety capacity in a manufacturing environment. You will have a strong, confident character that will not only plan change but also implement it in a hands on manner.

Experience:

• Experienced in full health and safety responsibilities in a manufacturing unit

• Any experience of GMP or other regulatory standards is ideal

• Understands health safety in the context of warehousing environments

• Excellent stakeholder management experience

• Track record of developing H&S strategy and also taking a hands on approach

• Adaptable approach that will enable you to prioritise and drive positive change
