Role Overview
My client are looking to recruit an HRIS Manager who will play a crucial role in managing, enhancing, and optimizing the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, support HR initiatives, and drive data-driven decision-making. This position involves leading various global cross-functional projects and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days a week based in the office located near Boston.
Responsibilities
· Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud and other HRIS systems.
· Manage HCM system releases, third-party vendors, and backlog priorities.
· Oversee key HR events such as open enrollment and performance cycles.
· Ensure timely delivery of projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
· Partner with HR teams and business leaders for process improvements and reporting.
· Develop and execute strategic HRIS plans aligned with organizational objectives.
· Identify opportunities for system enhancements.
· Provide data trends and insights to support business decisions.
· Develop standard and custom reports, drive HR analytics.
· Generate regular HR reports and ad-hoc analyses.
· Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes for efficiency.
· Ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems.
· Recommend HR technology upgrades and manage quarterly releases.
· Drive compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
· Implement data retention and security measures.
· Provide training and support on HRIS functionality.
· Develop and manage system testing and change management strategies.
Candidate Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
· Minimum 10 years of HR systems experience, with expert-level Oracle HCM experience.
· At least 4 years of Oracle HCM experience on an HRIS team or in Oracle consulting.
· Experience in a global organization and producing HR analytics.
· Strong communication skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Capability to work cross-functionally and troubleshoot independently.
· Availability to work a hybrid schedule in the office 3 days a week.
