Interim HR Manager - France - 6 months contract - Large CRO

​RBW Consulting are partnered with a leading, global CRO in their search for an Interim HR Manager to join their Human Resources function in France on a 6 month contract.

Duties:

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

• Advise the operational staff on all HR areas (social legislation, career management, recruitment, training, remuneration)

• Coordinate all activities related to the HR project. Ensuring their control and implementation

• Play a coordinating role in relation to the requests expressed by the operators of its scope by ensuring the quality of the service rendered

• Assist HR Associate Director in preparation of Works Council meetings

• Ensure maintenance of Social Data Base (BDES)

• PeopleSoft knowledge is definitely a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft tools

Essential

• Experienced (10 years+) French HR Manager;

• Fluent in French and English;

• Up to date knowledge of French employment legislation;

• Experienced in a works council environment;

• Self-directed, able to work collaboratively;

• Able to extract and interpret data;

• Effective communicator;

• Autonomous.

Preferred

• Experienced and competent in Microsoft O365, Peoplesoft and Workday;

• Experience of working in a multinational enterprise.
