I have an excellent opportunity to move into a IT Compliance role in the Pharma industry and develop your career within a IT Compliance Global Service Delivery Team as an entry-level IT Compliance Associate. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Learn and stay updated on pharmaceutical sector IT compliance regulations.

  • Aid in interpreting and communicating regulatory requirements to stakeholders.

  • Support implementation of compliant systems, assisting stakeholders with IS Compliance systems.

  • Collaborate on IT compliance policy development and upkeep with experienced team members.

  • Assist in policy reviews to align with industry best practices.

  • Conduct risk assessments for IT systems, identifying compliance risks and executing mitigation strategies. Support internal and external IT compliance audits, gaining hands-on experience in audit processes.

  • Contribute to resolving audit findings and implementing corrective actions.

  • Engage in training programs to enhance IS compliance awareness across the organization.

  • Collaborate with the team to guide IS teams on compliance requirements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand various IS compliance aspects.

  • Actively seek continuous learning opportunities within and outside the organization.


Candidate Specifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, Sciences).

  • Strong problem-solving skills for addressing compliance challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex regulatory information effectively.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team, learning from professionals and contributing positively.

  • Willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic regulatory environment/demonstrate adaptability

  • Keen attention to detail for accuracy in compliance-related tasks.
