I have an excellent opportunity to move into a IT Compliance role in the Pharma industry and develop your career within a IT Compliance Global Service Delivery Team as an entry-level IT Compliance Associate. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
This position is crafted to offer thorough training and growth opportunities for a talented graduate/entry level individual from diverse academic backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and stay updated on pharmaceutical sector IT compliance regulations.
Aid in interpreting and communicating regulatory requirements to stakeholders.
Support implementation of compliant systems, assisting stakeholders with IS Compliance systems.
Collaborate on IT compliance policy development and upkeep with experienced team members.
Assist in policy reviews to align with industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments for IT systems, identifying compliance risks and executing mitigation strategies. Support internal and external IT compliance audits, gaining hands-on experience in audit processes.
Contribute to resolving audit findings and implementing corrective actions.
Engage in training programs to enhance IS compliance awareness across the organization.
Collaborate with the team to guide IS teams on compliance requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand various IS compliance aspects.
Actively seek continuous learning opportunities within and outside the organization.
Candidate Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, Sciences).
Strong problem-solving skills for addressing compliance challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex regulatory information effectively.
Ability to work effectively in a team, learning from professionals and contributing positively.
Willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic regulatory environment/demonstrate adaptability
Keen attention to detail for accuracy in compliance-related tasks.
Enthusiastic about building a career in IS compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
