Having successfully supported this business across various sites in the UK and Germany, we are now focused on developing the operation in Poland. For this specific hire, we are now seeking a Maintenance Specialist, with broad experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering.

The business specialises within advanced sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing and is currently expanding product range. This has led to an increase in headcount, including at leadership level.

Working on a small manufacturing facility in Warsaw, you will be the site specialist in all thing maintenance and engineering. This will relate to facilities, equipment and systems. It will be a hands on role but will also require you to coordinate with external parties to support the site requirements.

Whilst coming from a pharmaceutical background would be great, it is not necessary. Full training will be provided within GMP and cleanroom settings.

Experience:

• Experienced maintenance professional including both electrical and mechanical skills

• Electrical qualification suitable within Poland

• Able to work in regulated environment

• Strong communication skills with excellent English

• An understanding of IT and computer systems
