About the Role

We are seeking an Medical Doctor with gynecology experience to join a busy Budapest-based Medical Affairs team in a strategic, hands-on role. This position will support the launch of innovative women’s health products, encompassing both scientific leadership and stakeholder engagement.

As a key contributor in a high-impact role, you’ll collaborate across Clinical Operations, Development, Marketing, PV, and Regulatory teams, ensuring communication with stakeholders is clear, impactful, and strategically sound. This is an ideal role for a medical affairs professional passionate about advancing women’s health and enhancing relationships with internal and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Medical Affairs: Lead medical strategies for product launches, oversee safety, lifecycle management, and facilitate SNPC updates.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Establish and strengthen patient and provider relationships to enhance product impact and communication quality.

  • Scientific Communication: Develop clear, engaging presentations, and slide decks tailored to varied audiences, optimizing data to advance decision-making.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Clinical Ops, Marketing, PV, and Regulatory Affairs, representing women’s health needs across divisions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify solutions to enhance data communication and stakeholder engagement, positioning us as a trusted leader in women’s health.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • MD Qualification with gynecology experience.

  • Medical Affairs Expertise: 2-3 years in a clinical trials or product launch setting.

  • Patient Engagement Skills: Proven ability to cultivate strong patient and provider relationships.

  • PV and Regulatory Insight: Familiarity with pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance is a plus.

  • Strategic Communicator: Skilled at converting complex data into clear, impactful presentations.
