Principal Biostatistician

RBW has partnered with a small biotech developing treatments for a high unmet need in the autoimmune space. This role will report into the Director of Biostatistics and offer significant room for growth and development.

In this role you will:

• Act as the lead statistician for clinical trials. You will be responsible for clinical study design, protocol development, CRF review, development and authoring of the SAP, and analysis of primary endpoints.

• Provide CRO oversight ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met with high quality.

• Provide statistical guidance and convey statistical concepts effectively to cross-functional team members.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Biostatistics with 4+ years of relevant experience or MS with 8+ years in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry

• Proven experience providing statistical support for clinical trials (must be able to demonstrate abilities in protocol development, SAP development, and validation of primarily analysis).

• Small biotech mentality - ability to be hands-on, collaborative, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to work in EST.
