An established, independent agency is looking for a Principal Medical Writer to join their expert team in Buckinghamshire.
With broad capabilities across medical education, meetings, digital communications and multichannel marketing, this successful and growing agency develops high quality scientific programmes that drive improvements in patient outcomes.
As PMW, you’ll oversee content development across a range of accounts and therapy areas, ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality, on brief and to timelines. You’ll be a hands-on writer for some key projects and provide leadership for junior writers, review their work and help to mentor and develop them.

Requirements
· Experience to PMW level within a healthcare communications agency setting, and knowledge across a broad range of medcomms activities.
· Life science degree, ideally combined with a higher qualification (MSc, PhD)
· Solid organisation and time management skills.
· Strong relationship building and leadership skills.
