Principal Medical Writer - Internal Training

An impressive international agency is looking for a principal medical writer to join their flourishing internal training team.

This is a superb opportunity for a writer interested in an influential role, helping to shape and develop teams, and further expand the practice.

As part of a hugely successful full service offering, this relatively new team specialise in training programmes, e-learning and education for pharmaceutical clients. This work covers an interesting spread of projects including live events, apps, videos and podcasts, as well as a broad variety of therapy areas.

As PMW, you’ll lead the editorial team in the development of scientific content, take ownership for quality and accuracy, and act as a key point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for mentoring and motivating junior writers, reviewing their work, and helping to refine the content development function.

With realistic potential for progression in the first year, this role is suited to an established PMW with line management experience and strong leadership and client facing skills.
