I’m seeking an ambitious and driven Procurement Manager to join a globally recognised medical technology manufacturer in Ireland, in a brand new position.

This business is involved in various activity streams including development, manufacturing and distribution of medical devices, instruments and reagents, as well as providing technical services to a wide client base.

This hire will take full ownership of outsourced manufacturing projects. This includes identifying and selecting suppliers, as well as managing the ongoing process. Given the development in the business, this role has the opportunity to evolve into new areas.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a procurement or category management position overseeing contract manufacturing

• Industry experience is flexible, as long as it is coming from a manufacturing setting

• Appreciation of regulated settings is ideal

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Track record of overseeing strategy and well as day to day management of procurement projects
