If you are looking for a broad quality assurance position that requires depth of expertise and involvement in a range of activities, this could be the perfect next move.

Working in an exciting and novel area of biopharmaceutical science, you will have involvement in both in house and client focused development and manufacturing projects.

Given the size of the team, working dynamically with a strong team ethos will be critical – balancing the demanding nature of contract manufacturing alongside the R&D mindset also adopted by the business.

The position will take involvement across the following areas of business:

- Operations

- Systems

- Project management

- Client management

- Commissioning, Qualification & Validation

Whilst this position will not be a line management role, given the continued development of the business, development in this company is very realistic and they are keen for individuals to shape their own pathway.

Experience:

· Degree within Pharmacy is preferred although other life sciences degrees can be considered

· Minimum 3 years, ideally 8 years of experience in some core Quality areas – being a current specialist is fine as long as you would be happy to work more broadly in this role

· Desire and ability to work in a small, flat structured team remaining hands on in all functions related to quality

· Fluency in English and German is essential
