​Qualified Person (QP)

Having successfully supported this business across various sites in the UK and Germany, we are now focused on developing the operation in Poland. For this specific hire, we are now seeking a Qualified Person (QP).

The business specialises within advanced sterile products (aseptic and terminally sterile facilities) and is currently expanding product range. This has led to an increase in headcount, including at leadership level. In addition to this, the company is looking to bring in new equipment, is exploring new site expansion and is also implementing a new eQMS.

Whilst full site presence is required during training, there will be some flexibility for hybrid working after this – although regular weekly site presence is required.

The working hours for the role will vary between the hours 6am-4pm due to the manufacturing.

Experience:

• Eligible QP status within Poland (must be a Polish national)

• Experience in sterile manufacturing preferred but not essential – other pharmaceutical environments will be considered, as long as within GMP

• Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to work in a small and dynamic team

• Willingness to travel to site for training period and on occasions as required
