​Scientist II – QC Microbiology

Partnering with a rapidly growing full service CDMO who are specialized within sterile product development, manufacturing and packaging, we are working with the leadership team to help appoint a number of new hires.

For this specific hire, we are seeking an experience QC Microbiologist to take on full analytical testing responsibility of samples across the full lifecycle from raw materials, bulk and finished product testing. In addition to this you will be responsible for environmental monitoring and wider site Microbiology duties.

Given the level of this role, you will need to be able to initiate and close out testing processes as well as implement CAPAs – or understand the escalation process – as required.

This role will work on a set shift of Sun-Thu 11pm to 7.30am.

Experience:

• QC Microbiology experience in a pharmaceutical GMP setting

• Understanding different product testing stages (raw materials, finished products etc.)

• Environmental monitoring experience

• Understanding (ideally experience) of developing and implementing CAPAs

• Comfortable working on a set shift basis
