​Senior Capital Project Engineer

Working exclusively with an international full-service CDMO, we are looking to appoint a brand new Senior Capital Project Engineer to play a pivotal role in the upgrade and expansion of key sites in Missouri.

Over the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, there are a number of critical capital investment projects underway, including upgrading equipment, installing new lines advancing technological capability.

For this critical hire, the business is looking to bring in a Senior Capital Project Engineer with experience specifically around sterile and aseptic fill-finish and packaging lines. With your project / program engineering experience, you will bring strong knowledge in the challenges and hurdles the site faces in this transitional period. Working closely with in-house operations, process engineering and validation teams, you will provide timely project oversight experience – importantly, with the ability to support in a hands-on manner.

Coming from an inspection-ready perspective you will bring a problem-solving approach and be comfortable working in the fast paced, ever-changing CDMO setting.

Key experience:

• Strong experience (8-15 years) as a project engineer or capital project manager, specifically within pharmaceutical fill-finish through to packaging

• Expertise within a sterile and aseptic setting ideal

• Experience in packaging inspections

• Exposure to / or understanding of manual, semi-automated and automated equipment

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a hands-on approach
