RBW Consulting are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity on behalf of one of our close clients. This company is a large CRO with a fantastic international reputation for being friendly, flexible, and sociable. They have a leading average tenure in the CRO industry and most CRAs that join this company tend not to leave. This is because here, you are more likely to develop towards a hybrid position or as a Lead CRA, Trial Lead, or CPM. Not only this, but the monitoring position is not lead by metrics but by specific study needs. This means you are left more time to respond to site queries, follow up on your reports, or prioritize other activities you feel are most beneficial to your assigned studies.

This company cover multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, hematology, infectious diseases, central nervous system, rare diseases, and IBD. They pride themselves on delivering trials on time and are even known to enroll ahead of time very often. Furthermore, they are transparent from the beginning, allowing their sponsors to save money by delivering studies consistently within budget. Because of the quality of their service, their reputation is industry leading and is helping them to win a steady flow of clients, projects, and studies across the pharmaceutical and biotech space. This also leads to more opportunities internally for personal growth which contributes to their impressive staff retention rates.

This is a great opportunity to join a flexible CRO that genuinely cares for their employees and stimulates personal development.
