RBW Consulting is partnered with a small CRO that are expanding their book of business consistently year upon year since their conception. After winning new business, they are looking for Clinical Project Manager’s with varying levels of experience to work closely with their Executive VP of Clinical Operations and help sustain the success of the business.

The Senior Clinical Project Manager will have the chance to wear different hats and work within a flat structured organization where personal growth is easily accessible. The team is highly supportive with all of their staff but still allow their employees to be empowered with a higher level of responsibility.

Here you will take on the typical duties of a Senior CPM within a CRO setting, however, with the added benefit of supporting other cross-functional team members and expanding your visibility across the business. CPMs here also tend to stay closer to the site-facing action including overseeing monitoring report reviews/approval processes.

My client is looking for talented Senior Clinical Trial/Project Managers with a background in Ophthalmology research ?? and within the CRO setting. Salary range of $145,000 to $170,000 plus benefits (dependent on level of experience)
