In this pivotal role, you will lead the Business Development efforts for the Pacific Northwest region, securing new clients and expanding existing partnerships within this dynamic biopharma hub.

Duties:

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan specifically focused on the Pacific Northwest region, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Build and manage a network of key contacts within the Pacific Northwest biopharmaceutical industry, including senior executives at potential and existing client companies.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Pacific Northwest, conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis specific to the region.

Qualifications:

• Minimum (Director 5-10 years) (Sr. Director 10+ years) of experience in business development within the CRO or biopharmaceutical industry.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of the clinical trial landscape, CRO services, and current industry trends, with a specific focus on the Pacific Northwest biopharmaceutical market.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, or healthcare) is preferred; MBA a plus.
