Senior Director, Head of Biostatistics

A globally aligned Senior Director, Biostatistics opening with a reputable growing Biopharma.

The Senior Director will lead a Biostatistics team that’s global in scope and will ensure that projects are successfully delivered by leading biometrics support and regulatory strategy. Working on the business’ most complex, technical and/or critical projects, the Biostatistician will contribute to portfolio, as well as corporate-level, strategy.

Required due to continued organic growth, the Senior Director will assume leadership of a team of 10+ reports, with plenty of scope for growth, and will have programme-level accountability for the trials they will lead. The Senior Director will be fully accountable for regulatory interactions, supporting their trials through to successful submissions.

Required

• MSc or PhD (preferred) in related area
• Demonstrable experience leading independently.
• In-depth technical and regulatory exposure is key to success in this role.
• Broad knowledge of statistical methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and an ability to communicate complex statistical issues to a range of audiences (statistical and not)
