RBW Consulting are partnered with a rapidly growing US Biotechnology company.This exciting organization have had great success already with their developing product pipeline, and so are looking to add further headcount to their Pharmacovigilance team.This position is one of many being added in Q1/Q2 2024.

The Senior Director, Pharmacovigilance Scientist will be a highly visible role within the PV group, with substantial PV/Risk Management Science experience therefore being a must.This role will oversee, directly manage, and grow the PV Scientist function, with a small number of direct report) reporting into this position.

Ideally, this candidate will have worked as a experienced Pharmacovigilance Scientist for a considerable time, with extensive exposure in Aggregate Reports (PSURs/DSURs and RMPs) and Safety Surveillance, with also prior experience in building and directly line managing, other junior PV scientists.

This position can be fully remote.

Experience required:

·       Excellent background in Clinical Safety/Risk Management

·       Ability to work comfortably in a “hands on” setting

·       Extensive exposure in Aggregate Reports and Safety Surveillance activities

·       Proven background line managing PV Scientists
