An RBW partner are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their growing team!

With passion at the forefront of their operation, our privately-held Pharma partner are presenting opportunities for experienced PE's to join their team in Fort Collins, CO. With a carefully built team of talent, they look to approach their own pipeline and projects with creativity and innovation. Allowing you to operate with independence as the key resource in developing and managing the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for (CAPEX) involving manufacturing processes, utilities and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage multiple large and small projects simultaneously, from development of project scope and design documents through oversight and completion of all construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities.

• Lead project plan development (i.e., prepare/review project proposals, goals and objectives budget, scope, user requirements specifications, functional specifications, timelines, deliverables, milestones, risk assessment, roles and responsibilities, etc.).

• Effectively communicate and manage (i.e., lead and drive results) cross-functional people/teams at multiple levels within the company.

• Understanding of P&ID’s and how to interpret sequencing.

• Assist in developing strategic, long-term, and annual site capital plans.
