Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience in various phases of analytical method development and product characterization to support GMP manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities:
Contributes insights to advance analytical method development and biochemical characterization across all process development stages, from initial human trials to late clinical phases and commercial filings.
Actively engages in cross-functional collaboration with teams spanning Research, Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory departments, offering invaluable analytical expertise for biotherapeutic projects.
Drives the success of GMP biotherapeutic manufacturing by supporting the method development, qualification, and validation processes at CMO or CRO, including the meticulous review and approval of associated protocols and reports.
Qualifications
PhD 2+, MS 7+, BS 10+ years related experience in the pharmaceutical field, preferably with antibodies and/or proteins, and a degree in analytical science, biochemistry, or biophysics.
Sr/Scientist title will depend on the years and breadth of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Experience with chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, cell-based bioassay, ELISA and /or other analytical techniques is desired.
