Job Title: Director, US Head, Market Access & Pricing Strategy

Location: United States (remote/on-site hybrid)

In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of commercial market access strategy. You'll develop a cohesive plan to ensure patients across the country have access to our life-changing treatments, regardless of insurance provider or healthcare system.

This role requires a strategic mind and collaborative spirit. You'll work across departments, from health plans to specialty pharmacies, to break down barriers and streamline access for all.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Craft a comprehensive market access vision and plan encompassing various reimbursement models like Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the healthcare landscape, including PBMs, IDNs, and home infusion providers.

  • Develop communication tools and training programs to educate stakeholders on the value of our therapies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate the complexities of a matrixed organization.
