Vice President, Clinical Development - B-Cell Malignancies
RBW is partnered with a large biotech, and they are looking to expand their hematologic malignancy clinical development team. The company recently received best in class data for their B-Cell programs and they are looking for someone to oversee a team and 10+ programs.
Job Summary
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Vice President, Clinical Development to oversee their late phase hematologic malignancy programs. This role will report directly to the Head of the Franchise and will be responsible for the development of clinical research strategies and direction.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of clinical trials, from study design to data analysis and reporting.
Ensure that clinical trials are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and that patient safety is always a top priority.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve clinical objectives and milestones.
Identify and evaluate external opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions that align with the company's strategic growth objectives.
Represent the company at medical and scientific meetings and build relationships with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
MD with training in Oncology.
7+ years of clinical development experience within the pharmaceutical industry, focused on oncology.
B-Cell Malignancy and late phase experience is required.
Experience in leading a team.
