Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Manager, Permanent - On-site
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager, reporting directly into the GM to join an expanding team based in Ireland.
The Warehouse Manager will take responsibility for all aspects of the warehouse, people, processes, and equipment within the warehousing areas, monitoring all roles performed in the warehouse ensuring all staff actions comply with GMP, GDP, and HACCP.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse operations following GMP/GDP, HACCP, and Statutory and Company Regulations.
To ensure all company policies and relevant procedures are fully understood and complied with.
To ensure that good standards of housekeeping are maintained.
To ensure that all logbooks (Goods In and Goods Out warehouses) are GDP compliant and completed timeously and correctly
The recruitment and training of warehouse staff.
To ensure that all warehouse staff receive appropriate training to enable them to carry out their duties properly and safely following GMP, GDP, and BRC. Ensure training is maintained.
Ensure correct staffing levels are maintained for all shifts in the warehouse.
Ensure all stock/warehouse is appropriately secure at all times.
