I am partnered with a growing service provider operating within a contract manufacturing, packaging and distribution capacity with clients on a global level. Given the success of the company across its different sites, it is now in the exciting position to add key personnel into leadership roles to facilitate the next stage of growth.

One of these key hires is for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of a team of circa 20 (with direct and indirect responsibility) and oversee all aspects of the warehouse area including processes and equipment. Given the commercial nature of the facility and varied nature in batch sizes, this position will be key at ensuring a smooth operation, in order to deliver customer satisfaction.

Bringing a quality and continuous improvement mindset to the position is key – you will have a genuine ability to optimise the way things work and how to drive team performance.

As this site continues its expansion, opportunities for exposure and development are readily available and encouraged, if desired.

Key experience:
  • Strong experience in working within a regulated setting (GMP/GDP)
  • Excellent understanding and experience of pharmaceutical warehouse processes including storage and distribution
  • Excellent appreciation with goods in/goods out activities
  • Proven track record in leadership and management capacity
  • Quality and customer/client focused
  • Experience and/or strong ability to bring a continuous improvement mindset to the team
