South Wales (remote, with frequent travel to their manufacturing location in South/West Wales)
£50-60,000 base salary

With a groundbreaking product approaching commercialisation and production operations being expanded in South Wales, we are seeking a Lead Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in industrialising manufacturing and shaping the future of production.

The Role
As Lead Process Engineer, you will lead the establishment, optimisation and validation of manufacturing processes required to support product launch and ongoing production growth. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, you will help build robust, efficient and repeatable manufacturing systems capable of supporting commercial-scale production.

Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing process setup, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Support production transfer, process validation and manufacturing scale-up activities
Develop and implement manufacturing procedures, work instructions and best practices
Improve process capability, repeatability and production efficiency
Support new product introduction (NPI), sustaining engineering and product lifecycle activities
Collaborate across engineering, operations and manufacturing functions to ensure successful production growth
Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and drive practical, hands-on solutions

You'll ideally bring experience from a regulated manufacturing environment such as Medical Devices/Technology.
