Account Manager – Medical Communications – Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to take a central role in delivering high-quality healthcare communications across both medical affairs and publications. In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, and help shape the development of the wider team within a collaborative, hybrid working environment.

The Role
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring that projects run smoothly across their full lifecycle. You will collaborate with senior colleagues to plan and deliver programmes, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and provide clear, thoughtful guidance to clients. A key part of the role will be supporting and coaching junior team members, contributing to internal initiatives, and helping to strengthen the overall offering of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships and maintaining regular communication.
Lead and coordinate projects across medical affairs and publications, from initial brief through planning, execution, and delivery.
Work with senior colleagues to clarify objectives, shape strategy, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
Adapt your approach and communication style to suit different client expectations, therapeutic areas, and stakeholder groups.
Facilitate effective information flow within the internal team to support smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
Provide constructive feedback and day-to-day support to junior team members, helping them build skills and confidence.
