They are specialists in scientific strategy, large scale medical meetings and brand launches, and nearly all of their work is global.

The agency has lots of new work coming in despite the current climate. They’ve enjoyed a smooth transition to home working and have already onboarded several new starters successfully.

As Account Director you’ll take ownership of allocated accounts, lead junior teams in the delivery of high-quality projects that exceed expectations and achieve financial targets, and help to grow new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience to AD level in a medical communications agency environment

• Scientific background and in-depth knowledge of the pharma industry

• Strong leadership, financial planning, and client facing skills

• Drive to deliver work to the highest quality
