What you’ll bring:

  • Experience as a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager in a medical communications agency

  • Proven experience in project management, publications, and meetings within the pharmaceutical sector

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

  • Degree educated in a relevant field


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery for clients

  • Organising advisory boards, symposia, and other events across therapy areas such as Oncology, Respiratory Disease, and Women’s Health

  • Providing business development support and identifying new opportunities with clients

  • Regularly updating and sharing status reports with internal teams and clients

  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent service throughout

  • Working with a talented team of medical communications professionals to deliver world-class projects
