Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing account activities and programs, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. With ample opportunities for growth and progression, you will contribute to the expansion of the client portfolio and optimise financial control over the programs you manage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
Develop and manage detailed project plans to guarantee timely delivery.
Craft and review briefs, presentations, and copy that align with project objectives.
Monitor and ensure project objectives support key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to account growth by offering innovative ideas and solutions.
Provide accurate project estimations and reconcile invoicing.
Lead internal planning meetings and delegate tasks effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for program delivery.
Engage with key opinion leaders, briefing them according to program objectives and managing their expectations.
Support business development through research, brainstorming, and proposal development.
