What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee client partnerships across a portfolio of healthcare brands

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with regional and global clients

  • Understand client brand strategy and deliver impactful communications that achieve business goals

  • Partner with creative, strategy, and media teams to shape innovative campaigns

  • Mentor and manage account teams, fostering growth and high performance

  • Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and driving new client initiatives


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven client management experience at a senior level within the healthcare industry

  • Expertise in digital marketing and creative strategy

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach

  • Ability to lead multiple projects while providing strategic support to clients

  • Experience in managing account revenue, profitability, and forecasting

  • A natural problem-solver who inspires and motivates teams
