​A leading PR agency is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join them on a 12-month FTC.


🧬This role will see you supporting clients across a number of exciting therapy areas.🧪

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the day-to-day lead on a portfolio of client accounts, managing delivery, developing strategy, and utilising senior counsel when needed.

  • Ensure a high standard of work and superior client service, focusing on driving client retention and growth satisfaction.

  • Be a trusted advisor, offering thought partnership and smart strategic thinking to keep clients ahead of issues impacting their business.

  • Manage client budgets, overseeing development, tracking, billing, and communications.

  • Develop new business through networking and lead generation, responding to external briefs, identifying opportunities for organic growth, and leading proposals and pitches.

  • Help shape the broader healthcare offering in an environment where your ideas truly count.

  • Develop integrated campaigns supporting digital activations.

  • Inspire, mentor, and motivate junior team members to build an inclusive, engaged, and productive team.

📌Please note we are aiming for a end of Q1 2024 start
