Designer

​Opportunity for a Junior-Midweight Designer to join a leading creative medical communications agency.

Primary Duties:

• Develop efficient communication methods and experiment with creative design approaches.

• Coordinate with Client Services and studio colleagues.

• Engage in pitch processes under the guidance of the Design Lead.

• Present concepts confidently to the creative team and internal stakeholders.

• Adhere to brand standards while recognising distinctions between print, screen, and digital design.

• Work alongside the Design Lead and Senior Designers on bespoke projects.

• Maintain adherence to company protocols, timelines, and design quality benchmarks.

Required Skills:

• Agency experience is a must including working on health/pharmaceutical clients

• Dedication to continuous learning and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

• Familiarity with AfterEffects, Blender, Cinema 4D, and Figma

• Enjoys working in a vibrant and collaborative environment
