The role

• Accountability for the company’s Biometrics function

• Lead the development strategy and provide statistical consultation to the design of clinical development

• In time, this role will be responsible for scaling out the Biometrics function.

• Offer consultation to clinical development plans and life cycle planning

• Operate as the study level Biostatistician for internal studies

• Identify, evaluate, select and manage outsourcing vendors

• Communicate progress updates to senior management

• Provide support and coaching to promote professional development across all functional areas

• Contribute to the development of departmental SOPs and working practices

• Author or sections of regulatory submissions and scientific publications

• Research advanced statistical methodologies

• Contribute to organizational-level resource planning and milestone identification
