Taking the lead on one of the agency's most significant accounts and acting as a strategic advisor for multiple projects. This is an opportunity for you to make an immediate impact, driving both the accounts and your team to success.

 

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with clients on their requirements, offering them strategic guidance on their requirements, ensuring a complete understanding of their needs and the ROI they are expecting.
  • Ensuring organic growth of client accounts
  • Working closely with the skilled medical writing & creative teams to ensure maximised strategic positioning of projects
  • Monitoring deliverables and allocating resources accordingly
  • Overseeing the financial aspects of projects

 

About you…

  • You will have experience working within healthcare learning & development projects or come from healthcare advertising, medical communications, and medical communications and have a desire to work in an L&D capacity
  • You love the pace and environment of agency life
  • Proven experience with working with high-value pharmaceutical clients
  • Line management experience
  • Passionate about health!
