Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute plans for IND enabling studies.

• Provide leadership in analytical method development and validation.

• Guide process development, material management, and manufacturing operations.

• Oversee regulatory filings and interactions.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Life Science or Engineering.

• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in biologics manufacturing.

• In-depth understanding of GMP requirements and Quality by Design principles.
