Information Technology Services Manager

RBW are looking to recruit a IT Services Manager with the below experince for one of our Biopharmaceutical clients.

• You will have been responsible for looking at digital workplace service management

• Must have experience managing 3rd party resources and outsourced service desk relationships

• Ideally you will have come from service desk manager background with experience in workplace management driving good customer services levels

• Making sure day to day operational technology and IT works across the business

• Good customer service, looking at VIP level support across the business – setting up new processes, making sure the equipment and technology works (includes EUC and meeting rooms etc.)

• Experience and managing and implementing support for Cloud based applications and managing 3rd party Cloud support partners for platforms like Veeva (what good service looks like)

• Experienced in major incident, change and problem management

• Technical experience in End User computers, Patching, Cloud Applications & Platforms

• Experience managing IT Engineers

• ITIL management, including service and change management

• Role will be split across Stevenage and London (Stevenage main location with regular visits to London)
