Looking for a 2L & 3L Support engineer who has experience providing onsite VIP and white glove IT Support up to C Level stakeholders.
Role is 100% onsite in central London paying up to £40,000pa
Requirements and skills:
Experience of PC/MAC OS hardware and software (Microsoft operating systems and applications suites, email systems, etc.) within a network environment.
Working knowledge of industry standards with regards to system and network administration.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to understand, interpret and present technical and non-technical information to users and stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience.
