• Protect secrets - analyze competitor filings & publications.

• Find hidden gems - partner with R&D to unearth patentable inventions.

• Bridge the gap - explain IP to our brainiacs, attend key meetings.

Education / Experience:

• PhD in life sciences (BS/MS with strong research experience considered).

• Licensed to practice before the USPTO - no exceptions!

• 3+ years of hands-on patent searching & prosecution in biotech/pharma.

• Law firm or in-house experience a plus.
