We are currently seeking a Product Pricing Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical and nutraceutical CDMO that have shown consistent expansion over the past decade. This newly created role reflects the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality, science-backed products to global markets.

As part of the Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing pricing strategies across a diverse product and service portfolio. This is a high-impact position that bridges commercial, finance, production, and procurement functions - offering more than just pricing analysis. You’ll be instrumental in driving profitability, supporting new product launches, and influencing strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial finance, or product costing - ideally within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.

• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and pricing tools is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification desirable.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Commercial acumen and deep understanding of margin management and cost accounting.
