​Qualified Person (QP) – Permanent Role

As part of ongoing business expansion, we’re hiring a permanent Qualified Person (QP) to support batch release activities across two UK sites in Surrey and South London. With rising operational demand, the company has steadily grown its quality team over the past two years.

This is a fast-paced, site-based role requiring flexibility to work between both facilities. Early starts and occasional weekend cover (with paid overtime) are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Batch certification and release in line with GMP and regulatory requirements.

• Review and approval of deviations, CAPAs, SOPs, and quality investigations.

• Support MHRA inspections and internal audits.

• Mentor site teams and champion continuous improvement in quality systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance global quality standards.

Requirements:

• Eligibility to be named as a QP on a UK Manufacturing Licence.

• Membership in a relevant professional body.

• Prior experience in QP certification, ideally within sterile manufacturing.

• Open and flexible for site-based activities

• Validation knowledge is very helpful
