​Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA and QC teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Host and manage internal/external audits and regulatory inspections

• Oversee CAPA, deviations, change control, and complaint handling

• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed quality across operations

• Support product release, documentation control, and training programs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical/nutraceutical quality management

• Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, and regulatory compliance

• Leadership in audits, supplier qualification, and data integrity

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
