Position Overview:

Joining a small yet rapidly expanding team, you'll serve as a Quality Assurance Officer, contributing significantly to operational excellence within the manufacturing sector. Your responsibilities will encompass diverse tasks such as batch review, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and warehouse environments, and crafting or refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you'll oversee deviation and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, while also assessing site training needs. This role demands adaptability and adeptness in managing multiple priorities effectively.

Desired Experience:

• Previous QA experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or food industries.

• Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Operational Quality Assurance background, including batch review and release.

• Familiarity with managing complaints processes.

• Hands-on experience with deviations, CAPAs, and change controls throughout their lifecycle.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
