Research Associate

RBW are partnered with a leading company focused on advancing biologics and cutting-edge scientific solutions. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Research Associate to join their dynamic team and support the expansion of multiple business units including Medical Device, Tissue, and Biologics related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical lab support, including hands-on work with biologics and biohazards.

  • Participate in research and development efforts using HPLC, ELISA, and Electrofreeze technologies.

  • Support scaling up biological products and work on development lab services.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or a recent graduate.

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry.

  • Familiarity with analytical techniques (HPLC, ELISA).

  • Experience in university labs or pharma/CDMO environments.

  • ASC-accredited degree from a reputable institution.

  • Comfortable working in a lab with biologics and biohazards.
