RBW are looking to recruit a Salesforce Admin/Analyst for one of our clients for the below role.

6 Month Inside IR35 (Umbrella) - Onsite 3 days PW Central London

Salesforce Administrator & Analyst:

  • Must have experience in the Financial Service domain ideally withing Asset Management

  • Perform the role of sole Salesforce subject matter expert.

  • Perform effective Incident & Problem Management for any Salesforce incidents that occur, so the incidents are resolved in a timely manner and future similar incidents are avoided.

  • Execute the tactical Salesforce improvement plan effectively, adhering to the project management processes and ways of working defined by the I.T. PMO.

  • Responsible for performing the role of sole Salesforce Administrator:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design Salesforce solutions.

  • Understanding business needs, creating meaningful dashboards and reports and interpreting data trends.
