This opportunity is a key hire, and you will play a crucial role in driving the agency's growth by leading a range of accounts and contributing to new business growth. Working across key accounts in Pharma, MedTech, Health Tech, Charity, Trade Bodies and Biotech, you will build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and insights to produce incredible communications projects that have patients at the centre.

A bit about the role…
• Lead a range of accounts to a high standard, maintaining excellent relationships with senior clients
• Provide expert advice and insight to clients
• Contribute to new business growth by networking, initiating new clients, growing existing clients, and playing a significant role in proposal development and pitch processes
• Lead account teams to create top-quality proposals, including proposal management, creating budgets, and dealing with RFPs
• Mentor and support junior members of the team in their development
• Contribute expert insights to clients and prospective client work

About you…
• You have experience working across healthcare and/or pharmaceutical comms
• A can-do attitude, with the ability to get stuck in and lead a team as well as provide hands-on delivery
• Great written, presentation, and organisational skills
• A desire to be a part of an ambitious, entrepreneurial agency
• You are kind, passionate, and have a values-driven personality
• Experience of working in an agency leading global/UK accounts at Account Director level or above
• Ability to drive organic growth with existing clients and oversee account profitability
• Enthusiastic about new business and have a willingness to get involved with new business activity including outreach, proposal development, and pitching
• Ability to lead strategy and client management
